 ENTRY FEE:  $45.00 Per Golfer—Includes 18 holes of golf & box lunch. Call the Course if you would like to reserve a cart…466-4040

 FORMAT:  Shotgun, Best Ball Scramble

 ENTRY DEADLINE:  First come, first served-field limited to the first 144 players
